We identified a need in the market to better manage passengers’ requirements due to the high ownership of privately owned two-wheelers and the limited supply of four-wheeler taxis mainly in the urban centers. Observing this gap in the market, we were prompted to explore the potential for two-wheelers to be used as public transport service vehicles.
